Scenario 1: Support & Tweak

If you have a reasonable understanding of Infusionsoft® and your system is set up, but you want someone to take care of tweaks and updates to campaigns.  For a small monthly fee, we will maintain your Infusionsoft® system and advise you on how to develop it further.

Infusionsoft® is sophisticated!  It is functionally rich, with lots of features.  Infusionsoft® is continuously being developed.  Keeping abreast of these can be time consuming.  But some of the new features may be “just what you needed”.

The Support & Tweak Package is a remote and telephone support service that allows you to call or email a question about your Infusionsoft® application and business situation, and get a specific answer about your business.  When they exist, set-up errors will be corrected; data tagging protocols, deployed; and the userbility of your application, improved.

This package is for an Infusionsoft Marketing Power User who wants to be involved in the set-up of marketing campaigns inside Infusionsoft®, but wants to make sure it is done well!  Someone who doesn’t want to have to learn the set-up and tweaks within other modules, but recognises that they need doing.

How much does it cost?

£250 per calendar month.

What exactly do you get?

  • We will tidy up any configuration issues you alert us to.
  • We will set up templates that can be reused for Newsletter/Blog type communications.
  • We will set up “saved automation links” to link your communications to your website and/or blog.
  • We will set up tag categories that comply with best practice and ease of use.
  • We will tidy up double opt-in’s, opt-out’s and update links.
  • We will keep you informed of new features that have a bearing on your business
  • Documented Overview Marketing Automation Plan.
