“There is a legal requirement to collect feedback from patients and a business advantage in listening to the needs of our customers,”explains Dr Nadim Majid of Lifestyle Dental in Preston.
Lifestyle Dental collects feedback from every patient who visits them. Using an innovative solution put together by David Holland of EXELA, they use Infusionsoft and Polldaddy to email patients with a 2-minute survey that takes care of their CQC compliance requirements and collects requirements, leads and testimonials. The survey also stimulates referrals.
“Dental practices like Lifestyle want to focus on providing a fantastic patient experience,” says David Holland. “The technology helps to automate what can otherwise be a burdensome obligation and generates genuine business advantages at the same time. With a little creativity, we have not only automated operational and admin processes, but also generated testimonials for use within marketing media and on Google Places.”
