One afternoon meeting per month, during which time I will run a facilitated workshop to document and train your team in communications skills, persuasive selling and on how to implement an end-to-end process that attracts more patients who want to accept treatments and later, refer their friends and family.

We start with a 34 page template containing proven scripts and procedures for marketing & sales specific to a dental practice.

This will become your practice manual when training  new staff  members, whilst also being a comprehensive on-going reference tool.
