Sales Representative

During the working week you will be making outbound telephone calls to prospects who have been identified as likely prospects to invest in the Marketing Technology solutions provided by EXELA Limited

During the conversations you will need to ask good questions and record the answers into a CRM. You will need to be skilled at moving a conversation forward to the advantage of the prospect.

You will be demonstrating the software solution using Zoom screen share and gaining commitment for prospects to buy the solution you propose.

You will need to pro-actively identify good prospects using online research and communications tool such as LinkedIn and Social Media forums. You will be skilled in using these tools to generate relationships. You will follow-up with inbound enquiries and work on lead generation campaigns

Skills: Verbal communication. Technology aptitude. Ability to work independently.
Successful candidates will be provided with communications, presentation, and technology skills training on the job.

Advertising Media Buyer

You will be working with clients to identify target markets and key messages that you will then communicate to the clients prospects through advertising on appropriate media platforms.

This role start with being able to analyse and empathise with our clients core markets. Creativity is then required to develop communications that will be placed as adverts on digital media platforms.

A high degree of attention to detail is required to track and optimise campaign performance.

You will regularly report performance and recommendations to clients.

Skills: Visual creativity, copy writing awareness and high analytical ability.

Successful candidate will be providing with online learning portals to learn the technical aspects of media buying on the platforms

Customer Service Executive

The role requires proactive contact with customers to arrange attendance on virtual education sessions with coaches.

Packing promotional items including books and merchandise, arranging postage and taking to post office for dispatch.

Taking inbound calls and answering technical questions related to the software products.

Answering tickets emailed in and interacting on forums providing support for customers.
