Now, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with generating business via word of mouth, but – to speak bluntly – it can feel like a bit of a slog sometimes, can’t it?
Some days it’ll feel like you’re spending almost all of your time trying to get business through the door, when what you really want to do is use your expertise to help people.

Before I started my business, I worked in the corporate world, climbing the greasy pole for organisations like IBM, Proctor and Gamble and Kraft.
As time went on, I tired of the corporate world and eventually set up my own business, Exela Ltd, in 2001.
