"This call changed my business forever"

Chat with David about sales for 30 minutes. He’ll give you some great tips on how to increase your sales and close more deals.
The wisdom of continuously collecting the contact details of your customers and visitors has never been more demonstrated then during lockdown.
Building strong relationships customers with frequent communications has resulted in increased loyalty and more sales.
Putting deals in front of customer and increasing customer service has provided a much needed revenue stream for smart businesses during lockdown.
Hi, David Holland here.
If we can agree on one thing, it’s that it’s been a hell of a year.
The last 12 months have been the strangest most of us have ever experienced, and the impacts of the pandemic are likely to stay with us for a long while to come.
And although things aren’t “back to normal”, it’s fair to say we’re over the worst of it.
With the vaccine programme now doing a fantastic job of protecting the vulnerable, things will begin opening up over the coming weeks and months, and this next phase will provide both challenge and opportunity for business owners serious about growth and success.
But first, let me predict what’s likely to happen in business over the next few months.
I’ve spoken to dozens of business owners and consumed as much content as possible since the start of this year, and most agree that the following is what we can expect as lockdown eases and optimism returns:
Over the last year, people have not been able to live freely. We haven’t been able to go where we want, do what we want and buy what we want.
As a result, a huge proportion of people (and lots of businesses) have access to more cash than ever before, and as lockdown eases, they’ll be looking for things to spend that money on.
The logical knock-on effect of more enquiries is more transactions. People have put off projects, and delayed purchases because of the uncertainty, but those things have been paused rather than cancelled. People will buy more stuff.
Once the initial demand is taken care of, buying patterns will return to normal, so there’ll be a trough in demand following the peak.
And not just that – the way that people buy things has changed over the last year, as well as people’s interests and priorities, so as the market settles down again, it’ll be the businesses best suited to the new world that’ll thrive.
Nothing groundbreaking there, right? All seems pretty sensible?
Smart business owners will see the way the wind is blowing and be keen to do TWO things:
And the answer to both?
Because if you’ve got an abundance of prospects when the surge happens, you can ensure you’re maximising your return from that peak in demand.
And when things quiet down, an extensive database will ensure you’ve got enough enquiries to keep the wheels turning.
One of the things I’ve found hugely instructive is observing how our EXELA members have dealt with the challenges they’ve faced over the last year.
After the initial panic of lockdown, when we lost a few members, things settled down, but there was a clear, but subtle shift in the work our members were asking us to help with.
What they recognised was that the priority needed to be communication with customers, as well as automating tasks and eliminating costs from their business as a result.
It was smart – that was what most of them needed to get through a tricky time.
And if you’re serious about accelerating out of the other side of the pandemic, you’ll want to be doing exactly the same.
The question is: how?
The answer is – for most businesses – “easier said than done”.
Generating leads (aka marketing) is a pet hate for most business owners for the simple reason that it isn’t what they do best.
Chances are you got into the business because you were really good at the thing you do, and your expertise was firmly in the world of whatever your product or service is.
And let’s be honest, right now, in 2021, marketing is more confusing than ever.
Gurus are ten-a-penny, they all say different things, and you only need to spend five minutes on Facebook before you come across an ad with some snake-oil salesman trying to sell you a course on how to successfully get more customers.
And to add insult to injury, most of what they sell doesn’t work, and it’s also information-based, which means that even if you understand it, you’ve still got to implement it yourself.
If that’s your frustration too, then I’ve got good news: there is a solution.
Over the years, we’ve developed a simple methodology that can help you:
It’s not super complicated, it doesn’t have a million and one moving parts, and you don’t need a PhD in marketing to be able to understand it.
Instead, it’s straightforward:
Do all of those things, and you’ll have built yourself a lead generation mechanism that can help you take advantage of the increased demand for your services in the next few months AND help you build a prospect bank for when things calm down.
But here’s the thing: most people reading won’t do this, even if they know it’s a good idea.
And there are a few reasons why:
You don’t have time – chances are you’re up to your eyes in work anyway, and the likelihood of you having time and energy to sink into something else is pretty slim.
You don’t have the in-house expertise – it might be a simple system, but it does require a few people that know what they’re doing. A web page needs designing for a start, then copy needs to be written, and all the technical stuff needs to be sorted. And that’s before you even get onto ‘automating’ emails, which is definitely in the realm of ‘too technical’ for most business owners.
You don’t have the budget to outsource it – if you don’t have an in-house team who can help you get this system built, you might look at outsourcing it, but the reality is that it’s not going to be cheap.
You’ll need a web designer to build you a page and get it all working, and that’s likely to cost you at least £200-£300.
A decent copywriter will need to write you some words, and you can easily be looking at £350+ for a copywriter day rate; a lot more for someone really experienced in writing copy that converts
Then you need a techie to put it all together and build your automated emails in, which again is likely to cost you at least £300.
All in all, you’ll definitely be looking at a four-figure sum for this project, and even then you’ll still need to be involved, project managing it all and making it happen.
And that – in a nutshell – is why most business owners won’t do anything with the information shared on this page, and why most business owners won’t take advantage of the surge that’s coming, or safeguard their business for the leaner times that’ll follow.
It’s the system that’s allowed me to build my business the way I have done, stop cold-calling, and stop schlepping around the country on futile sales appointments.
And it’s the system that we’ve transplanted into hundreds of our clients’ businesses over the last ten years, generating hundreds of thousands of leads and making millions of pounds of sales in the process.
It’s not “information” – we won’t just give you a template to follow; it’s a system we actually build into your business, fine-tune and get live, so you can actually start generating leads as soon as it’s finished.
It follows the same key principles of lead generation I outlined earlier – principles that have worked for the last 20 year, no matter the specific media that happens to be popular at the time.
My team will write and build a landing page exclusively for your business. It’ll be chock full of compelling copy and will have all the technical capability required for you to capture all the relevant details of your prospect.
This is the ‘reason to ‘opt-in’’. My team will craft a compelling document containing information that your prospect would be eager to consume. They’ll write the copy, design it and build it so that it’ll automatically get delivered when your prospect fills in your form on your landing page
Once your prospect has given you their details, we’ll need to follow up with them, tell them more about you and pique their interest so they get in touch with you, and that’s why you’ll get a professionally written follow-up email campaign written for you by one of my team, and automated for you by one of my technicians.
All you’ll need to do is ensure that you get some ‘traffic’ to the page, and you’ll start generating leads, nurturing leads and making sales, all without lifting a finger.
(Oh, and if you’re stuck on the traffic side of things, we’ve got several partners we can put you in touch with)
Imagine leads just streaming into your database, on autopilot…
Then imagine those leads being communicated with, warmed up and sold to, without you doing a thing…
Imagine seeing money coming into your bank account without you having to lift a finger…
If you see the significant value in having a system that’ll deliver you leads without you getting involved, then you’re probably wondering how much it’s going to cost you, and that’s where you might be surprised.
If I were to sell each of these elements individually, I’d be charging around £1500.
And even at that price, it’d represent outstanding value, and here’s why:
Stop for a second a think about how much a customer is worth to you.
What’s an average transaction value for you?
And how many times does an average customer transact?
I don’t know your business, but the chances are you’re looking at quite a big figure there – one that dwarfs the £1,500 it’d cost you to buy each of these elements.
(Just to be clear, I’d expect the system to deliver you A LOT more than one new customer, and the longer it runs, the more customers you’ll get)
However, I’m not going to charge you £1,500. Nor am I going to charge the existing member rate of £750, and here’s why:
The reality is that I know how hard it is to run a business in the UK.
You’ve got staff to deal with, the operational side of things, HMRC, delivering the product, the list goes on.
I also know that the pandemic has made life ten times harder for many business owners, and that lots of business owners aren’t in a position to hand over four-figure sums to new suppliers.
Keap is the software we use to create your Lead Generation System, and you’ll get 30 days for free as part of this offer.
After your first 30 days, it’ll cost just £79 per month, and by then, you should have already started generating leads and making sales.
Keap is a fantastic CRM that not only helps you with automation but also allows you to organise your customer database and streamline the processes in your business. We use it for a very good reason: it works.
During the first 30 days, we’ll be focused on setting up your Lead Generation System using Keap as the automation tool. During that time, we’ll invite you to learn as much as you can about using Keap in your business. To assist with this, we provide you with a premium membership (worth £49 per month) of the EXELA Assistance Programme.
With this, you get:
Invest in the system, come along to your workshops and get everything set up. If – after 30 days – you don’t think it’s right for you, just let me know, and I’ll give you a prompt and courteous refund.
30 Days
I can’t make this decision for you – it’s one you’ve got to make on your own.
What I CAN do is tell you three things:
I wasn’t running around, desperately trying to get enough leads to make my business work.
I wasn’t spending hours on the phone or on the road on speculative sales visits.
Instead, I was watching as leads streamed into my business on autopilot.
I was less stressed, I slept better, and I had more time to spend with my family.
And my business was better and more robust than it ever had been before.
As we’ve explored, we’re about to experience a wave of activity. People have been saving, sitting around and not doing anything, and in the coming months, they’re going to spend.
Whether they spend with you will depend on whether they know, like and trust you, and their awareness of your business depends on what you do NOW to get in front of them.
We also know that after the peak of activity, it’ll drop back down to pre-pandemic levels, but with increased choice and a changing economy, it’ll likely be harder to get customers.
Businesses with sizeable databases of their target market will be the ones best placed to ride out that storm.
Decide to go for it, and if it’s not right for you, I’ll give you all your money back.
You can’t say fairer than that, can you?
All I ask is that you attend the workshop and give it your best shot, but if it’s not right for you, it’s not right for you.
But I think it will be…
If so, you know what to do. Click the big button below now, invest your £69 and secure your space.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. All we ask is that you make your investment before midnight on 30th April 2021, as this offer expires at that point.
Have you got questions? Here are a few of the obvious ones, but if you’ve got any more, just give us a call on 01242 375 107 now.
No. Our template has been designed to work in Keap. You can retain your existing CRM and systems and link the Lead Generation to them. But you will need a Keap Pro system for us to work with.
Keap Pro costs £79 per month plus VAT. We will provide you with an application and charge you appropriately, and your first month will be on us.
As a premium partner, we can provide you with a better value deal that Keap directly. You will get twice the number of users and 5 times the number of contacts included for the same price
No. You can cancel the application at any time providing 10 days notice. Clearly, if you do that you will not be able to use the Lead Generation System you have bought from EXELA as it resides in a Keap application.
Yes. Your Keap licence does not restrict the number of businesses you can run from within the CRM. The Lead Generation System is a campaign that can be duplicated.
Sure, why not? We want you to bring anyone along who can help you to get the system implemented in the next 30 days.
Yes, if he/she is committed to your success. I don't want anyone who doesn't want to be there.
Yes. Your coach will talk you through what you need to do in advance to make the days successful.
