Monday: Functionality & Set Up

In this session you will learn about the marketing & sales automation features of Keap.  You will set up your application to personalise it to your brand.

By the end of the session you will have a contact form with follow up emails set up and ready to be inserted onto a webpage.

In addition, you will learn the approaches you can take to kick start your lead capture and follow up.

Wednesday: Short Term Nurture

Day 2, and you are already in the lead capture business!

In this session you will set up your short term nurture sequences that will convert your new leads into well informed and motivated buyers.  You will set up appointment booking links so that your prospects can book themselves into your diary. 

You will learn how to change and adapt your email messages based on the behaviour of your readers.

Friday: Sales Pipeline

Now that you have new leads who are well informed and motivated you will set up a sales pipeline(s) so you can track your sales opportunities and convert them into paying customers.

You will learn about Easy Automations that will save you hours of manual follow up and increase your sales conversions.

What is the cost of the Sprint

It is £3.41!  We will provide you with the use of a Keap Pro application and all the training and support you need to set up the application and embedded it in your business.  There are no contracts and you are not committed to using the technology at the end of the sprint.

Obviously, we hope that you will see the great value of automating your marketing and sales processes and decide that the small costs involved will deliver great returns for your business.

Is there any commitment

No.  All we ask is that if to take one of the places you respect our commitment to you and turn up for each session.  At the end of the Set Up Sprint you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of the Keap application and to join the EXELA Membership.  It will be up to you.

Why are you providing this programme free

We are convinced that once you see and experience the benefits of using marketing and sales automation in your business you will be inspired to set yourselves aggressive growth targets and really work to scale your business.  We would like to be your partner in that adventure and we are prepared to invest some of our resources to make that happen.

What happens at the end of the sprint

The sprint consists of 3 x 90-minutes live online training session.  During this time you will be setting up your Keap application.  If you attend all three session you will be offered a bonus session where you can work 1:1 with a coach to personalise your application further.

During that time you will also be granted access to further workshops as a benefit from your membership of the EXELA Assistance programme.

After 30-day from the first Set Up Sprint session you will be asked if you wish to continue using your marketing and sales automation system (Keap).  If you do we will transfer the ownership, and responsibility to pay for the application, to you.  You can chose to remain an EXELA Member or not.


If you do not wish to use the Keap application you do not have to.  You will loose access to the benefits, but there is nothing to pay.
