I recently attended two days of courses with Exela the foundation CRM and foundation marketing courses. The foundation CRM course was amazing value with small teacher to pupil ratio. It was packed with valuable content I could start plugging in to my business and using immediately. I customised a contact form for my business , changed my lead scoring and dashboard to give me much better data.
