I use different CRM systems on behalf of my clients so I'm pretty clued-up about most of them in general. IS is a very different beast! Infusionsoft definitely isn't a 'jump in and see what happens' sort of system. It's capacity is powerful and to make the most of that power, it's crucial that the operator really knows what they are doing. David was an excellent trainer - knowledgeable, patient and funny. One of the problems with marketing is that you don't know what you don't know and it had never occurred to me before to put my own advice into practice. Attending the workshops with David has been a real 'Duh!' moment. The light has dawned on how I can transform my own business through what seem to be complex, but are actually very simple, processes which are easily applied in any situation.
