Projects

EXELA undertakes project work for clients.  These projects can be technical in nature or more of the marketing bias.  So long at the core technology you are working with is Keap® or Infusionsoft™ we can work with you.

We undertake projects using an "agile" approach.  We identify specific business objectives and work with you to develop strategies and tactics needed to achieve those objectives.  We will put together a very tight scope-of-work that will span no more then one or two weeks.  We assigned tasks and due dates.  We do our tasks and expect you (or your third party) to do your tasks.  Then we test and review in order to set the next priorities.  This approach has proven to be most cost effective and successful.

Charges

We charge members an hourly rate of £82.50 plus VAT.  *This is a 50%  reduction on our non-member rate £165 /hour plus VAT.

We use TeamworkPM to record actual time and we bill on a weekly basis via direct debit.  

It doesn't matter what we do for you, the charge to members is £82.50 /hour plus VAT.

Excellent Quickstart Course

I have just completed a 2-day Quickstart course with EXELA in Cheltenham and it was excellent.
