Keep it simple.

Whatever operational system you use at some point you need to create invoice and push data into your bookkeeping software.  If you are a Xero user you might have search high and low for an integration between your ERP system and Xero.  

However many ERP system don't have a good connection to Xero!

But they do allow you to get data into Google Sheets.

So we have produced "half-a-Zap" to help you move the data into Xero.  That is a Google Sheet to Xero template that you can use to get you started creating the invoices you need inside Xero.

Once you have imported the Zap into you Zapier account, you should be able to match you data up with your own systems.
