Infusionsoft is like .

I got up early this morning, I was awake about 5:00, had a look at my phone, checked a few emails as you do, probably shouldn't. I went down into my gym.  I've got a little area in my house, used to be my garage and now I call it my gym. There's little difference between the two, but that's what I call it. I did some exercises, I try and do those every morning, although I don't always achieve that. I was thinking that getting involved with Infusionsoft is a bit like joining a gym and paying gym memberships. Both are subscription services, but neither of them will do any good whatsoever, unless you attend, unless you go, unless you participate.

When you first join a gym, what you usually get is some kind of induction at most gyms. You get an induction that shows you how to use the equipment, how to use the equipment effectively, and your guide, the person showing you around, will show you how to do a certain number of exercises.

We also do that when you're learning Infusionsoft, when you get going with Infusionsoft.  We've got workshops, we've got online education to do that.  

What happens next at most gyms, most decent gyms that you're likely to join, is they put together your very first personal program. They ask you what are you trying to achieve? What is it that you want? Is it weight less? Is it fitness? Is it toning? Do you want to run a marathon, and kind of where are you now? If you want to run a marathon and you've already done five, you just want to improve your time, then you're going to get a different program than if you've never run a marathon before in your life. For most of us, it's not about running a marathon, it's about becoming a little bit fitter, a little bit healthier, maybe losing a little bit of weight.

The equivalent of that in the Infusionsoft world is an action plan.  T talking with your coach that's starting you going. What is it that you want to achieve? What's the main thing? Let's start with something simple, put together that as an action plan, which is a series of exercises that you would do. Now to get the value from the action plan, to make it actually come to life, you have to actually do it.

Same in the gym, there's no point being a member of a gym with a nice program that's been set out for you, and you never actually attend the gym and you never do the program. The easiest way to work through Infusionsoft is with your coach just helping you a little bit and getting you going.

Now what gym instructors, what personal trainers try and do is set you a plan where you're going to see some results fairly quickly. They don't want to strain you too much to start off with, but they do want you to feel as though you get some personal results quickly. Again, that's exactly the same when you're getting going with Infusionsoft. Let's pick something small, something simple that we can get some confidence around and get that going, and that's exactly what we do in the action plans.

After that, you know how to use the equipment, you've done an action plan, so you can kind of just following that and you reach this basic level of fitness, and that's fine and you can maintain that no problem at all. Or, you can choose to go to the next level. Go to the next level of fitness, go to the next level of weight loss, go to the next level of performance if you're interested in performance athletics in any way, shape, or form. Or, you might just want to change the exercises a bit, and have a little bit of fun. Join some classes maybe, some cardio classes, maybe go into some weight lifting classes if you're into a little bit more toning. Again, the analogy still follows.  There's classes and those other things that you can do after you've got going with Infusionsoft.

Actually, what most people do when they join the gym is they stop asking for help. They might keep attending, but they start looking things up on the internet, they start looking for diets on the internet. They start looking for solutions and answers and questioning things on the internet, which is absolutely fine and there's some really good information out there, but there's also some rubbish information out there. It's really quite difficult to find a focused way forward if you're doing it yourself. A much better way to drive your fitness forward is to get a personal trainer. Get a personal trainer, talk to your personal trainer, figure out the next program, and your personal trainer will help you with the next program. What your personal trainer at the gym will do, is they'll actually kind of stand over you while you're doing the exercises and make sure you do them properly. They'll book appointments with you, so that you have to turn up to the gym because you've got an appointment to get things done.

That's by far the most effective way to drive your fitness and personal performance forward. It's exactly the same with Infusionsoft. If you can get yourself a personal coach, a personal mentor, a personal trainer, call it what you will, book appointments with them, talk about what you want to achieve, they'll set you the program. What can happen with Infusionsoft that can't happen in the gym, is your personal trainer with Infusionsoft can actually do things for you and can set things up inside your apple, connect things together. I wish that was true of fitness, but unfortunately in fitness you have to do it 100% yourself, but it's still massively easier to get going and drive performance faster if you invest a little bit of money, as well as your time and energy and commitment into having a personal instructor.

That's what I would suggest that you think about for today.
